You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
However:
- Images are for illustration purposes only
- Minor variations may occur
- Specifications may change without notice
This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£)
- Prices include VAT where applicable
For standard (in-stock) products:

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Pre-Orders
Some products on our website are offered on a pre-order basis. These products are not in stock at the time of purchase and will be delivered at a later date.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:
5.1 Deposit Payment
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing the order
- The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch
5.2 Contract Formation (Pre-Orders)
- A contract for pre-order items is formed once we confirm your order and accept your deposit
5.3 Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed on the relevant product page
- These dates are indicative and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, or supply chain factors
5.4 Changes & Delays
- We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant delays
- Delays do not automatically entitle cancellation or compensation, except where required under applicable law
5.5 Order Cancellation (Customer)
- If you cancel a pre-order, we may retain part or all of the deposit to cover reasonable costs incurred
- Any refund will reflect costs already committed, including sourcing, logistics, and administration
5.6 Failure to Complete Purchase
- Once your product is ready for dispatch, we will notify you to pay the remaining balance
- The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days of notification
- If payment is not received within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order
- We may retain part or all of the deposit to cover reasonable costs incurred, including sourcing, importation, handling, and loss of resale opportunity
- We reserve the right to resell the product
5.7 Non-Supply by Us
- If we are unable to supply the product, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued
5.8 Product Variations
- Final delivered products may differ slightly from initial specifications or images due to supplier updates or improvements
6. Orders & Acceptance
- An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance (except for pre-orders as described in Section 5.2)
- For standard orders, a contract is formed only once the order has been dispatched
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reasonable reason, including stock availability or suspected fraud
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Weather conditions
- Events outside our control

8. Risk & Ownership
- Ownership of goods passes to you once payment is received in full
- Risk passes to you upon delivery
This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or damaged.
9. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all eligible returns.

For online purchases, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Warranties apply in addition to your statutory rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profit or business
- Damage resulting from misuse or improper assembly
