Responsibilities
- Assemble new bicycles (kids, road, gravel)
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
- Carry out routine servicing and safety checks
- Prepare bikes for customer collection and delivery
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bicycle mechanic
- Good knowledge of bike components and safety standards
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for cycling is a plus

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to help customers find the perfect bike at VRIDE. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and has an interest in cycling.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store and online with product selection
- Explain bike features, sizes, and accessories clearly
- Process sales and orders
- Support after-sales queries and customer follow-ups
- Keep the store tidy and well-presented
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of bicycles is an advantage (training provided)
- Confident, friendly, and reliable
