At VRIDE, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • The bike is in original condition
  • It is returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • The bike has not been assembled, ridden, or modified
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used or assembled bikes cannot be accepted for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your bike arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

In these cases:

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by VRIDE

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

Please note:

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or our error.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your bike for a different size or model, please contact us first.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Christmas & Sale Items

  • Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular items.
  • Extended Christmas returns may apply during the holiday period. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
